Completed in 2025 and set on a private 2.5-acre estate, this 5,446 sqft NeoLux residence was conceived, designed, and engineered entirely in-house. Defined by 22-foot ceilings and full-height Portuguese slab walls, the home is framed by expansive architectural glass and corner pivot doors that fully pocket away, creating seamless indoor–outdoor living across the estate.

Interior finishes include 10-foot European doors imported from Turkey, large-format Spanish and Portuguese flooring, custom Brazilian-crafted cabinetry, and Neolith stone surfaces with integrated carved sinks throughout the kitchens and baths.

The outdoor environment was designed as a private resort setting, anchored by a heated saltwater infinity-edge pool and spa, dramatic 21-foot waterfall, dual fire features, and a covered lanai with a full summer kitchen and fireplace lounge. Pentair automation, integrated security cameras, and smart control systems allow the estate’s lighting, climate, water features, and access points to be operated seamlessly from a single device.
